Just in case anybody else trips over this issue: It is also enough to reset the running Focusrite module to factory settings via the Focusrite Control application (File->Restore factory defaults). OK, now, after some weeks of regular restarting trouble, I can be more exact: It doesn't seem to matter WHAT version of Focusrite driver I install, as long as I re-install ANY version. I have no idea what sinister magic happens every couple of weeks, but regularly Sibelius won't start up, I re-insta...

Fot those interested: I downgraded Focusrite Control to version 3.5.0.1754 (glad I still kept that), now Sibelius starts up.

Firmware is still 1195.

As I wrote, I am already using the latest driver. (FW 1195, Driver 4.87.4, Focusrite Control 3.7.1.1917)

Also, both the device and the Sibelius settings are at 44.1kHz (also confirmed by the PlogueEngine_x64.log at startup).

So, that is not an issue here. Any other ideas?
