Select lowest/highest note in melody-line
Hello, I'm looking for a way to select the lowest note of a selected melody with a shortcut. Maybe via a filter. My aim is to program a macro which assigns the lowest note to voice 4, the next lowest to voice 3, the second highest to voice 2 and the highest to voice 1 so I can explode the melody to ...

Filter ties leading nowhere
I was wondering, if there was a way to filter false ties. Unfortunately it happens sometimes, that I have notes in my score tied to a break by mistake. Mostly when I have more than two notes tied together and the last one still has a tie by mistake. It would be nice to find them. My idea was to filt...

paste tuplets / shift rhythm of tuplet line
Hey folks,
Is there a way to shift a tuplet phrase rhythmically from the first tuplet to the second? Or can I for example copy a line of tuplets starting on the downbeat and paste it to the second tuplet? Would be really helpfull!

GPO Sounds not loading via mixer
Hi there, I've downloaded Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 last week and I'm having some issues loading the sounds with Sibelius. I have been using Garritan Bigband before and haven't had any of those issues. The Problem with GPO is following: If I choose a certain sound for my Instrument (e.G. "Viola ...

instrument change: how to creat additional mixer slot
When I change instruments within one stave via "instrument change", sibelius doesn't creat an additional mixer slot. In the settings of my sound library plugin "Aria Player" I can see on what channel the second instrument was created, but I'm not able to mix the two instruments (eg. Tenor Saxophone ...

Re: seperate midi monitor sound
Thank you MikeLyons for your response. Yes, thats how I'm doing it right now. I where just wondering if there was a possibility to keep a certain sound, lets say a piano sound, so that it wouldn't switch while clicking and editing another instrument. That would save me lots of time and clicking. For...

seperate midi monitor sound
Hi, I have a maybe quite specific question. I know how to set up different sounds for all project instruments through the mixer window, but I always missed the possibility to have one fixed sound only as a monitor. So as an example: I would have a Bigband project with different instrument sounds for...
