I can't make a pdf of a simple score (or part) for emailing. Hours wasted. Is there a known glitch?

Sib. ultimate, I Click on individual notes, they play. try the transport, either the panal, or menu, nothing, no motion, no sound. Please help. I can't save the file I made on Sib, I can't shut down my computer because of Sib. I can't close Sib. I am at my (half) wit's end. Help anyone?

twice today all barlines have disappeared. How can I make them return? HELP!!!! long single stave file.

Spent many hours. Used Sibelius for over 40 odd (very odd) years. Ready to cry, or move to another notation program I'm so frustrated.

I don't know if this is the same users group I was in for many years.

I can't get any version of "keypad" to show on my Sibelius "ultimate". Tried the variosus dated recommendations. Help would be appreciated.

I've been away from Sibelius for many months. Now I can not get pluged in headphones to work at all with a two year old MAC.. I've spent hours trying. I 've used and loved Sibelius for many years. No longer. Any help would be appreciated. The Avid solution on line won't work.

Can't even get the sib. file to show here. "Invalid file extension: 9th vocal sub.sib " The icon opens in Sibultimate 2022. So, I can't even get the file on here to seek help.. I didn't pay any additional " Help " fees, as I figured Avid would think the more arcane and less intuitional they made the program, the more they would earn. Too cynical?

If I install today's sib. upgrade to my sibelius ultimate, will I be charged money, and, will it make a new set of hurtles in opening my existing sib? Sorry if these are idiotic questions, but the swithch to "avid" has been very filled with painful surprises for me.

I have bought and installed ultimate. Sib 7.5 is still on my macbookpro, monterrey, I open "ultimate" but somehow , at some point, 7.5 tells me I can't save, since 7.5 is not activated. How can I get rid of 7.5? Of course it won't open on the 64 bit machine, so I can't deactivate it. Any help would ...
