Re: Is it possible to generate keyboard diagrams?
That's interesting, but unfortunately it doesn't have the flexibility I have in mind. For example, the possibility to write numbers inside little circles like the image in the example is a must. Of course I could get the image and use a graphic software to superimpose other stuff later, I'll look in...

Re: Is it possible to generate keyboard diagrams?
Oh no, that's terrible news ;( I hope someone else knows some obscure tool that solves the problem. I can imagine myself learning TikZ for LaTex and making a huge script just for that, but I really want to avoid that.

Is it possible to generate keyboard diagrams?
Hi! Can Sibelius easily generate piano diagrams for scales/chords fingering? If not, do you know if there's a tool that can do that with some flexibility, like options for circles on top or other figures (square, diamonds, ...), with/without numbers, filled/empty circle? Something like this: https:/...

Best way to create chord diagram
Hi, I'd like to know if there are any tips to create something simple like this kind of diagram, a chord chart. I create a no instrument staff, add bars and start writing chords. It sorta works, but I feel I'm doing too much manually. For example, the bars are never aligned vertically and I have to ...

Re: Are custom diagrams inside some folder?
Thanks! Inside App data/Roaming/Avid there´s a Scale Diagrams folder with a "Scale library.scl" file. I believe this might be what I want.

Are custom diagrams inside some folder?
Hi, I´d like to know if custom diagrams are placed inside specific folders (Windows)? Probably the ones used are saved within the file. The only thing I could think of are diagrams, but in general, what are the places that I should copy (places that contain possible user customizations) if I want to...

How do I get a comma with Opus PlainChords Std?
How to type a comma using the font Opus PlainChords Std (or Opus Chords Std, I believe)? The key is set to type "maj" or "ma" (And I'm using Legacy chord input). Thanks.

Re: Velocities in midi files exported to Pro Tools
I guess I forgot to answer my post after I found out the answer a long time ago Well, better late than never, it might be useful to someone. The setting I was looking for is Play/Performance/Style-Espressivo, which should be set to "Meccanico".

Re: How do I enter this chord?
Thanks, it works, no more red warnings. Although I think the way it handles parentheses is a bit strange (always superscript)

How do I enter this chord?
How do I enter a minor major seventh chord with an added sixth? I'm able to enter one chord that is pretty close which is Cm7add13. If it's a 6 and not a 13 the chord is not recognized anymore and if the seventh is major I can't get any added note.

Re: Velocities in midi files exported to Pro Tools
I just don't know where the slight randomization is coming from. I thought it could be a feature but I can't find anything on the manual. Unfortunately Pro Tools doesn't import music xml, so the communication between both without rewire (at least in the direction Sibelius-> Pro Tools) must include a...

Velocities in midi files exported to Pro Tools
Hello, When I export a midi file in Sibelius and import it in Pro Tools, it seems that the velocities are all randomized within a certain range. I tried to input the notes manually, I tried to use a midi controller, I also made some testes with hairpin and dynamic marks. The only notes I have full c...

Re: Exporting Graphics (Guitar Diagrams)
Well, I create an instrument, for example Acoustic Guitar Tab. Then I create several Scale Guitar Diagrams. I make them really big (Engraving Rules/Guitar) and drag them down, because I don't want the tab, just the diagrams. When I select a diagram (Selec Graphic), the selection box doesn't surround...

Exporting Graphics (Guitar Diagrams)
When some part of the score is selected, for example a single bar, when you "select graphic" (Alt+G) that visual part is automatically selected. That is not what happens when a guitar diagram is selected. The behavior of Alt+G in this case is awkward. I'd like to create several guitar diagrams and e...
