If you're having issues after migrating, then that may be the only solution.
You might like to ask for advice on the official Sibelius Chat Page as well as this unofficial site.

Re: Volume on Playback
Use the Mixer - all explained in great detail in the manual. Ctrl-Alt-M.
While you're reading, look up Live Playback as that also affects things!

Re: Activation interruptions after moving to a new macbook pro
You don't/can't migrate licences. Sibelius will think you're trying to run a cloned copy. Deactivate and re-activate correctly. TBH, the whole migration idea is fraught with potential issues. All you need to do is deactivate on old machine, do a clean install on the new one and then activate that. F...

Re: Location of Sibelius program files and Sibelius Sounds
Answered on the official forum. (As you're there, you don't need to bother with this unofficial site!)
Your files are in the correct locations. The correct sounds are there - called Sibelius 7 Sounds. There are no 'new' sounds.

Re: Language setting greyed out, languages mixed up
I'm sure you've read Robin Walker's reply: The language of text in the user-interface is: (a) partly dependent on the current user-interface language configured in Preferences; and (b) partly dependent on the Manuscript Paper from which the score currently being edited was created, which will depend...

Re: Which laptop?
If you don't want to buy Ultimate, get Musescore 4, which is more powerful and feature rich than either of the two lower tiers of Sibelius. And it's free. Not entirely bug-free yet, but getting there fast, with free updates of course. But your signature says you already have Sib 8. If so, use that. ...

Ah, that makes sense!

Re: How to collect barlines on one page?
So you've re-cluttered the score by just using 'Make into Page'? If so, and if you really must have everything on one page, I'd go back and follow the excellent instructions given above. I hate cluttered scores - makes for hard reading! If one of my students hands one in, it gets given straight back...

Re: No Sound On Playback
You've used the updater app, but have you actually downloaded and installed the SIbelius Sounds themselves? It's a very large download, 23GB, and is not part of the Sibelius installation. And if you have the sounds installed, did you install them in the default location where Sibelius expects to fin...

Then I'd suggest that you go to the official Sibelius Chat Pages, rather than this unofficial site, and report the issue there.

I'd definitely ask this on the official Sibelius chat page rather than this unofficial site.

Re: How to get rid of automatic new score template "arranged by"
1) this is not the official forum, but an almost moribund site that was once the home of all the users of cracked copies of Sibelius! There are only 3 of us answering questions from time to time and we all say we'll quit but never have! Look for the official Sibelius Chat Pages if you want lots of i...

Re: Text Input Problem
That will help with the text input, but bear in mind that older versions of Sibelius are basically incompatible with later Mac operating systems. It's not just the text issue, there are lots of problems that may crop up. Some discussed here but many more discussed on the official Sibelius chat page....
