if you send me the score I'll do it for you. I've been trying to avoid doing this because you won't learn how to do it for yourself, but if you're stuck I'm happy to oblige.

To get this message this score must have been saved from a higher version of Sib. If you send it to me I will convert it to an earlier version for you. I have 2018.7, so should have no problems with it.

I have noticed this behaviour in the latest version of Sib (2018.7) Making sure the playback line is on the same page as you are working might help and selecting a note on the page or in the bar you are working on will help reduce this. Even if you have a ASIO or WASAPI driver availalble, you will experience some latency. You will have to fiddle around with the settings (buffer size, sample rate) until you get a bearable value for latency. Alternatively, if you are a good player, turn the sound off and just listen to your keyboard....

If you do that, you will not be able to fill the bar. There is a setting in Appearance -> Reset beam groups to separate tuplets from main beams. It is on by default. Untick the box. I think it's also available through the TS dialog.

If you press F1 from within Sibelius it will call up the manual. Same goes for PS. Both manuals are pdf files and were installed along with the programs.

Try this:

When you click on the staff names, the current name will be bold. You should be able to click on staff 2 or whatever you have called it and this will change the first system to be voice 2 & 3 automatically.
