If there is one. I never saw any moderation comment or post. There are some in the about this forum (or sth similar) section. But they date back to 2008 or so.
Would be great to know who's in charge of this forum. Anybody knows?

Hey musictranscriber, I will try playing around with the settings you mention. I'm not sure though if what I want if possible that way. In the screenshot you can see, what I'd like to have. I am aware how to change noteheads. You are referring to notehead 1. That is X and XwithCircleAround for half ...

ok, I have no idea what went wrong with those bars. I had the whole bar selected when I did shift + alt + cmd + right/left arrow. Wasn't able to fix that, so I simply deleted the bars and entered the info from scratch and the result is now fine. No last note hanging on the barline anymore. :) Thanks...

Thanks for your tipps, boguz and musictranscriber. :) I don't want to use the "repeat six bars solution" since I like to read along with the music as it passes by, instead of having to count. I also think you get a better idea of the song structure (as opposed to having 149 bars of groove 1 and then...

Adjust bar length, since viewable content has different widt
Here's what I'm trying to do: Have two bars of drum groove and then use the double repeat sign instead of having identical groove repeated over and over. Now since I want Sibelius to playback correctly I copied the groove then hide it and add the double repeat sign. But now the bars with only the re...

Drum notation: Crash cymbal with circle round the x
Not sure if it's me or Sibelius, but whenever I try to do some drum notation a ton of problems arises which I am unable to solve and thus makes drum notation a somewhat frustrating experience. I'm trying to learn and understand but the otherwise very intuitive Sibelius fails (imo) badly when it come...

Maybe not the answer you've been waiting for, but I just wanted to add my experience. I tried for a very long time to get Sibelius to use Samples of the Kontakt Player and that task almost drove me nuts. Never got it to work. and the documentation was not what I had hope for. I discovered that sound...

They have a website. I'd suggest you take a look at:
* http://www.sibelius.com/products/sibeli ... ments.html
* http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/14228/sibelius
Since they state 10.4 is ok and macupdate also states PCC/Intel as requirement I think you're good to go.
