'...using MIDI...' Do you mean you want Sibelius to drive an external sound source, or a third party virtual instrument? Either way, you may need to set up a Soundset to make this work. And you may have to jiggle around the settings in the mixer so that Sibelius does choose and use the correct sounds.

If you're having issues after migrating, then that may be the only solution.

Your files are in the correct locations. The correct sounds are there - called Sibelius 7 Sounds. There are no 'new' sounds.
