Sibelius 5.25 immediately crashes on open

I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit on a 64-bit quad-core system.
I've just purchased and installed Sibelius 5.25.
Unfortunately, it won't start: it crashes immediately with the following error report (in Dutch):
