problems exporting as graphic

I exported a Sibelius file as Graphic (Indesign eps) and imported that graphic into indesign, where I integrated it in the layout. In Indesign, I exported as PDF. Pdf looks fine (except for a time signature missing issue, which has been solved downloading the fonts). When I send this pdf to the printing office, their print has all kinds of mistakes (noteheads missing, tuplet bracket missing, tremolos printed as guitar fingerings, ...

I never had that kind of problems using Finale in the past. Nevertheless, I really like working with Sibelius, so returning to finale is not an option.

How could this problems being solved?

Thanks

This sounds like a pdf/font problem, rather than a Sibelius issue. If the pdf's look right to you, then the problem is at the printers.

If no-one has an answer here, maybe there are forums for pdf problems?

I never export as eps but as hi-res TIFF. Never had any problems submitting these to printers or magazines.

And I 'export' direct to pdf using Cutepdf Writer.

I have the same problem with Sibelius 7 and Windows 10. I use default font style. When I export to PDF and open it in Foxit Reader, it seems OK. But when I print it to my EPSON printer, it's like if some white rectangles were hiding parts of elements (note heads, texts like fortissimo and piano, tuplet brackets...) I wonder if Sibelius put transparent rectangles to display these elements, and that elements become opaque for the printer interpreter)

Better to use a third party PDF printer. I use Cute PDF - works just fine on Sib 7 and Windows 7. Just be careful when you download and install, so it doesn't install lots of unwanted rubbish too!
