I know the file is open because I can hear it play. Also I can change parameters in Document Setup and then save. It's open but invisible. Where is it?

If you can see the usual Sibelius background you might be looking 'off the page' as it were. Try
Ctrl+Home (or Mac equivalent) to see if that brings the score back into view.

OK, I tried the Control-Home key combo on my microsoft keyboard and still nothing showed up. Any more ideas? Anyone...?

Nevermind, I fixed it. Under Preferences/ Files/ untick 'restore window size and positions'. Then restart Sebelius. Hello!
