Sibelius 7 Trial

I have downloaded Sibelius 7 Trial from the website but the Sibelius Sounds didn't appear to come with it and this is the one aspect I want to check before buying as I don't want or need a separate midi device, lack of physical space, I just want to hear the score played back on the computer. All I have at the moment is the software midi with MS GS synth which is pretty hopeless as a instrument monitoring playback system.
Any comments anyone?

Looking through the forum, I am impressed by the lack of replies to most questions
