Sibelius 7 doesn't show any of my vst's

I just today installed Sibelius 7 on a new machine. no previous installations what-so-ever.
Sibelius 7 doesn't show any of my vst plugins in the playback devices window.
I tried updating the folder locations
I even copied the Dlls into the original Avid\Vstplugins folder, and nothing seems to work

Those same VSTs work on sibelius 6 fine.
I have EWQL SO Gold
And for a piano i use Ivory.

When sibelius loads, on the splash screen I can see he sees the VSTs and even "loads" them one by one, but on the playback devices, the list is totally empty.

Any suggestions?

To make it more clear I uploaded a picture of the empty "playback devices", The VST folder Selection, and my actual VST folder.

Please help!
