It won't playback

Something has happened. My sibelius 7 won't playback, only when the audio config is set to GM-basic.
What should I do?

We need some more info. What OS and specs computer are you using? Can't say I ever use GM.

Well, I have a Windows Vista/2 Ghz/4 GB.
The thing is when i first used Sibelius 7, only the general midi (enhanced) was working. The other sounds (sibelius 7, etc...) were not.
Now, not even the enhanced is working.

Any ideas?

So then, since the sounds never worked, I have to ask, if you installed Sibelius from DVDs, did you install all 34 gbs from all four DVDs (including the first one)?

If you did then sometimes it helps to delete from (you)/AppData/Roaming/Avid/Sibelius7, the PlogueEngine folder and PlaybackConfig.xml. Then restart the computer and open Sibelius.
