Make sure you have the latest drivers for your keyboard.

I have a Yamaha PSR 225 to input notes into Sibelius 6.2.0 on a Windows 10 system. It has just stopped working. Forgive my ignorance but where can I find if I have an up to date driver and if not where would I get one? Could the problem be an update form Windows 10?
Any help would be much appreciated

The PSR225 is an old keyboard with MIDI only, so you're obviously plugging the MIDI leads into some type of adaptor, which is then connected to your computer, presumably via USB. It may not work with Windows 10, in which case you need to replace it, or it needs new drivers. Do a Google search using the make and model of your adaptor plus the word 'driver' and see if there's a Win 10 version.
