I was alt tabbed when it happened, but I came back to find all note heads and clefs and so forth missing. The lyrics flicker in and out of visibility if I zoom in.

Apparently all the font symbols are gone? Even though they are all viewable in windows fonts.

I have deleted them and installed Scorch, and deleted them and installed a trial version of sibelius 7. No dice.

I exported it to xml and sent it to a friend, who could open it just fine in Sibelius 7. However when I open it (or open any file, new or old) I'm greeted with the same problem. Oh, and I can play it and all the music plays in the midi just fine. So the save file is fine.

I'm also unable to switch the fonts - there's no symbols in any of the packages, at least in sibelius's eyes.

Anyone know what to do?

I suppose you could try to repair Sibelius from Control panel/Programs and features. Or delete Sibelius ( though not the Sounds) and reinstall.
