Note input mode

Improvements in note-input-mode (shortcut N) - when notating music.

1. In note-input mode (N), after hitting 7/8/9 (natural/sharp/flat) to correct a former note, the note-input mode is ended. I have to enter note-input mode again. Note-input mode should not end.
2. When moving a note with a sharp/flat-sign up or down (by arrow-up/arrow-down) the sign changes accordingly to the key the bar is in. The sign should stay the same.
