Importing user-defined word menu sets like Logic Environment

Does anyone know how user-defined word menus can be saved? I had created custom keystrokes for inputting chord symbols in Sibelius 5 (Mac), but when my hard drive died, all those keystrokes died with it. Creating them again is a pain because when one goes to create keystrokes, probably more than half of the symbols such as Maj 7 appear as <7 or much worse; pure jibberish that has nothing to do with the symbol that will be created in the score. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I use Sibelius mainly to create chord charts and lead sheets in the jazz and pop styles, and chord symbols are very important.

In Logic, you can import Environments from one song to another, saving much time every time you have to install a new version of the program. How about Sibelius? Does it have any such feature?

I use Mac OS 10.4.11 at work and Mac 10.5 at home.
