I'm experiencing the following bug pretty often on Sibelius 2 on Mac OS X:

I enter notes from a MIDI keyboard (step entry, not flexitime), but I play a wrong note. So, I hit the undo key (command-Z) and then play the correct note. Sibelius sticks an extra rest where I left off, and then places the correct note after the rest, even though I never used spacebar to play the rest. Looks like the cursor is not restored to the previous position upon undo.

Is it fixed in Sib 3? Is there a recommended workaround?

thanks,
ruse

You need to re-select the note you have just erased, OR, strangely, if the correct note is selected but the cursor isn't 'loaded', play the first note twice. First time is correcting the note, second time tells Sibelius you want to do input.
