Move notes HORIZONTALLY

I wish the next version of Sibelius would allow the ability to click and drag notes HORIZONTALLY to a another beat in the same measure and also the be able to use a key command to do the same thing!!!

In my opinion, lacking this capability is a BIG ELEMENTARY OVERSIGHT on the part of Sibelius!!!! I hope this capability will be added in the next version!!!

In Sib ultimate (at least) you can use [ctrl][alt][left/right arrow] to move notes/motifs/a selectioin about in time.

On (my) MacBook Pro, using <Shift> + <Alt> and lateral arrows.
But that does not move a single note in its measure; instead, it enlarges and reduces the space with adjacent notes
