(electric) string instrument input

Greetings all!
As to my personal 'wish list': I'd like improvement of AudioScore.
I always find it difficult (if not downright impossible) to replicate the natural string instrument 'feel' with MIDI piano - acoustic/electric strings the best way, I should think. However, I have yet to find a guitar MIDI interface/cable to bring this about, in Sibelius 6 or 7.
From previously nothing at all, in this department, to AudioScore has definitely been a step in the right direction. But it keeps falling way short of accuracy - in my personal experience, anyway. And there probably is still a long way to go before it'll recognize chords.
I'd very much like prospective versions of Sibelius to come with an integrated MIDI controller for string instruments. I don't hold my breath - but I'll try to bear my soul in patience.
