First posting, but long-time user.
The default for beams is 8th-notes in pairs, which is not player-friendly if, for example, in 3/4 time you have a series of measures each with six 8th notes. How can I change the default so that four or six eighth notes will be on a single beam? The basic instructions in Sibelius are NOT user-friendly.

When you create your TS, you can set the beaming in the dialog.

The beaming will last as long as that TS does. If you change the TS you will need to reset the beaming.
