Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

Has anyone had this problem.

The metronome, instead of clicking actually plays piano notes. I have a feeling this is something to do with the midi mapping but i am not sure =\

cheers for any help

Joe

Make sure if you're using GM MIDI that the metronome channel is set to 10 in the mixer. If it's not GM MIDI, you may need to set it to some other instrument (Woodblock?)

Why is the metronome sound (Low piano sound) being played through my Tyros 5 every time I record and or playback. Can I silence it on record and playback?

I'm not using General Midi here, I'll take track 10 with the woodblock but the Data manual for the Tyros 5 when programmed in to the manual sound set section of Sibelius, does not seem to work with the MSB LSB PRG data of the Tyros 5. Am I missing something here? I've got it set to use Manual sound set.
