I'm having the most difficulty changing the note heads to rhythm symbols.

All I want to do is provide a rhythmic guide for the harmonic structure in lead sheet form.

The chord symbols and "diamond" and/slash rhythm notation.

Could someone provide a clear step by step instruction?
