Vertical alignment of crossing voices

Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

Hi,

I have a problem with the alignment of crossing voices.

See the example that I've attached. This is how Sibelius does it for me, but I don't like how it looks--I want the F in the alto placed to the left of the stem of the C in the soprano, so that both notes are vertically aligned. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Reinier

You can do it with the X-offset in the General pane of the Properties Window.

If you have more than a few to do, try the 'Narrow two Voices' plug-in from the official Sibelius Plug-ins Download page:

http://www.sibelius.com/download/plugin ... ?plugin=30
