How make a text persist to more than one page

Sometimes I want a text box to persist to more than one page. For example, I may want the Title to show on pages other than just the first. Is there a way to do this in Sibelius 7?

Also, how would I insert something in a header or footer like Page 1 of 2.

I have the same question. How would I proceed if I want to have let's say 2 images + name and URL on each page as a footer?
