Hello.
I read in a forum about transposing just a few bars of a score i.e. switching alto sax to flute and back again. It said to highlight the section, then go to Create-Other-transposition change.
I simply cannot find "Create"! Where is it located?

This was probably for an instruction for an earlier version of Sibelius than you have, e.g. I can see that Sibelius 6 has a Create > Other > Instrument Change menu path. In Sibelius 7 and onwards the Create option is removed and the Change option is available in the Ribbon in the Home menu in the Instruments section - so just use that instead.
