exporting from Pro Tools

Hi all -- Very new to Sibelius so pardon me if this is an obvious question:
I see that I can export MIDI files "written" in the Score Editor window of Pro Tools to Sibelius. If I subsequently make changes in those MIDI files, can I export them again to Sibelius and have Sibelius recognize that this is the same score, and make the edits accordingly? Or will a whole new score be created?
