Hello,

please excuse my bad english, I'm from germany

I used the "metric modulation"

: metric modulation; metrische Modulation.png (1.25 KiB) Viewed 2882 times

to get a swing rythm. But how can I get back to a straight rythm ?

It seems you can do this by typing the word 'straight' (without the quotes) as a metronome mark text. Can't test this at the moment but I got this info from the 'official' Sibelius forum:
