Yellow Pages!!!

Help! My on-screen pages are yellow! I think I hit Control-Alt-T, trying to do something with rhythm notation. And now the pages have a yellow tinge and it's completely throwing me off. How can I get out of it and back to normal white pages???
I'd appreciate any help!

Sounds like you may have gone into Parts view by mistake somehow. Parts by default have the yelllowish 'parchment' paper background. This is deliberate so you know you're in a Part rather than the Whole score. If so:
Press Esc a couple of times to be sure you're out of any editing mode you were in
Press w to get the whole score view.
