Hi I'm new on Sibelius I'm Coming from Finale ( I really dont like the new version of it 25 because of the rewire bugs ) and I am migratting so many things to learn.

How I select some measures of music and copy the MIDI data in it to my clipboard, to paste it on my DAW ( I'm using rewire already but want to do that copy MIDI to Clipboard ) In finale it is possible, is there a way in sibelius?

Thanks!

Rewire is kind of iffy, anyway.
I don't know if you can copy and paste midi data in Sibelius. Maybe someone will come along to answer that question. In the meantime, you can export as a midi or music xml, and import that into your DAW.

In a word - no!

Sibelius only uses MIDI to connect with MIDI devices. Communicating directly is only available in rewire mode and, as you have found, it's a bit dodgy!

Export the file as a MIDI file, or audio or musicXML and import that to your DAW. AFAIK, you can't export a selection as a MIDI file.
