Showing Handbells Required

How do I show the handbells required using the plugin in Sibelius 8.5 without showing key and time signatures? When I remove the key signature, it removes it from the whole score.

Right click (PC) the time sig in the handbells required line and Hide it instead of deleting it.
I'm not sure why you don't want a key sig. You could write the whole thing without one, adding accidentals as you go. That plugin treats the required line kind of like it's part of the music in the score to be played. You might look for another way to sow the notes you need.
