In TAB, How Do I Hide The Lines Behind The Numbers

Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

I need to know how to hide the lines that represent the guitar strings, just when there is a number, so that you can see the number more clearly. Most other tab software seems to do this automatically but I can't find an option to do it in Sibelius.

Can anyone help?

I'm using Sibelius 7 First on a mac.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

How are you creating the tab? I have 7.5 (but not First) and tried it two different ways. The tab displayed correctly. String lines end just before and after the finger number.
First method was to create a guitar notation staff and a guitar tab staff. Input notes on the notation staff, then copy and paste the notation staff into the tab staff.
Second method was to input fingerings directly into the tab staff as per instructions in the manual. Select the type of note with the keypad, use the up or down arrows to select the string, and the main keyboard numbers to select the finger.

If you are using a different method I'm not surprised that you get a different outcome.
