Adding a Video

Hello!
I am trying to add a video to my score, but I keep being presented with the following message: "This video file cannot be played by any of the installed codes. Please refer to Sibelius Reference for more information."
When I went to the reference, and it said that I had to be able to play the video on software, which I have numerous installed softwares that can run it.
Does anyone know how to get past this issue?
