Superscript for only specific characters in text

Trying to get text to look like the images below:

Where in a roman numeral chord the accidentals as well as the 7 (or other extensions) are superscripted, and same thing for the melodic analysis in the first image, I want to be able to write CTb3 where just the flat is superscripted but not the numbers.

I've been messing with editing text styles and I've haven't been able to get this to work the way I've described, I've googled the question a lot and haven't found the answer so I've come here! Is there a shortcut to just make a particular character in the text to superscript? That would solve all my problems haha, any help would be great, thank you!
