Hello,
when entering music with additional sharps/b-flat or natural signs, Sibelius automatically reminds in the following bar that a note is for example natural again, like a reminder. mostly i don't want this reminders, how do I deactivate them? In an earlier version of Sibelius it was possible to click that sign and delete it. How do I do in Sibelius First 8?
Thank you!

Select the note and press the appropriate key on the num-pad (to remove a sharp press #)

Alternatively, change this setting:

And yet again, this may not be available in First. :(

But you can do what is mentioned earlier in Mike's reply, selecting the note and pressing the non-required accidental.
