Tempo changes without metronome mark

Hello everyone, I am new in Sibelius and I am at a point where I need help.
I got a score with a tempo mark at the beginning but at measure 154 the tempo slows down a bit without having any new tempo mark.
Is there any where I can search for hidden tempo changes like MIDI CC messages?
Thank you!

This may depend on the tier of Sibelius you have. If you have Ultimate then you can certainly choose to show MIDI messages, as well as inserting your own. If you have one of the lower two tiers, Sibelius or Sibelius First, you probably can't do this. In fact First is so stripped down, you almost certainly can't.

All tiers of Sibelius will allow you to hide/show hidden objects.

You can filter for them with ~ in the advanced filter. MIDI tempo changes are usually in the form "~<q> = n" where the tilde hides all of the following text. <q> = quarter note (crotchet) and n = the number of beats per minute.

You might want to glance at the manual from time to time. (Press F1 with Sibelius open).

Thank you!
I found the issue and it looks like a text box made Sibelius change the tempo.
The text was this:
Bass: "And to her room with her slow steps"
I have no idea if a text box can hold tempo changes but I think it can since the text box was copied from an early passage.
Thanks guys!
Keep it safe&creative.

Sibelius WILL respond to the word "slow" because it is in the dictionary. Select the text box snf turn off all play on pass boxes for any text or lyrics.
