Key Signature change

I have a piece that is written in the key of F. At Bar 35 the key changes to up to G and at a bar break the key change also reminds the player of the Bb note played as a natural. How can I show both a sharp and natural at the beginning of the new bar, as in my paper copy.
Show us an image of your 'sharp and natural' and we might stand a chance of telling you!

Go to Appearance > Engraving Rules > Clefs and Key Signatures and tick Cautionary naturals on the right hand side.
Of course, this is all or nothing, and wlll apply to any key change in your score.
Just noticed, you might want to Reset Note Spacing for that bar, as the extra natural can push the sharp 'off' the end of the bar...

Thanks for this, will be very helpful. I normally stretch note spacing manually, is it better to go into the settings?
Sibelius is usually pretty good at note spacing unless you try to force it to put too many notes/bars onto a system. Sometimes it will get things wrong so you have to adjust, but the best way is to select a bar(s) and press [ctrl/cmd][shift]n (reset note spacing). This is especially true at key changes/time changes.

Not wanting to be a pain today, how do I get round changing the three sharps at the start of bar 33 to all naturals?

Put in a C major/A minor or Atonal KS.
You will also need to set the setting in the image - of course, at Bb clarinet pitch, you'd have to change the key to G major (concert).
You aren't a nuisance. It's the purpose of the old to teach the young!

This may be similar to my question above, however I cannot figure it out. How do I show a double bar line next a repeat with Naturals in between? as shown

Assuming you have the start repeat bar line in place, and the key signature before that has 2 flats:
(if it doesn't I'm stumped as to why this would be needed!)
Select the repeat barline
Go to key signatures (press K)
Select a KS with no sharps or flats
That should do it. The double bar line should be put in the previous bar automatically. You may also need to reset note spacing in the affected bar(s) as above.

KJ_Palmer, thank you, that worked.
I have a clarinet part that contains 8 bar rests for oboe, followed by 6 bar rests for flutes. It shows as 14 bar rests in total. How can I split the 14bar rests into 8 + 6 so I can notate the different instruments?
