OK. I would now respectfully suggest that you have a read of chapter 5.6 Editing Test Styles in the manual. (Press F1 with Sibelius open or click on the ? in the top right corner of the screen.) It's on page 509 of my version. If you still don't understand, come back and I'll try to answer your questions.

Set them in a row and while they are selected use the up/down arrows to move them into position.
If your workaround (it sounded so) consists in using arrows then it is not an exact solution and not automatic. Then it is not even a workaround, it seems to be about selecting text blocks. Yes? But why do I need changing the text style if I have only 3 blocks? It is better (much faster) to select them manually. Or even better - to select all and unselect the top one.

If you only have three blocks of text, then I'm surprised you've persisted with this line of enquiry for so long. You could have had it sorted hours ago! :-D

I gave you the directions as if you were doing loads of this in a big score.

Sibelius' text handling has always been a bit poor. it was only ever an add-on. In earlier versions you didn't even have the option of aligning text.

I did, I ask because of theoretical interest (all possible ways).
