Can I put a border on my pages?

Hi,
I'm working on transcribing some hand written band music from 1860 or so. The old paper itself has printed staffs and this neat border around the edges. I'd like to emulate that practice by putting a border around the edges of my pages.
Is there a _clever_ way to do this?
I could print the borders on paper and then use the same pages to print my music. I could then scan it when I need to send the music over e-mail as PDF:s....
Any better suggestions?
