Hello
How do I add a third voice? Because while on internet I see that everybody has 4 voices on their palette, I only have 2.

Select a note and cycle through [alt]1, [alt]2, [alt]3, [alt]4. The selction should rotate between Blue, Green. Orange and pink.
Which EXACT version and tier of sibelius are you using? What is your OS (and its version).
Sib 6.2, 7.5 and 2023.6, Windows 11, 32GB RAM, 16TB 7200RPM Storage, 2TB SSD, Note Performer 3.3.2, EWQLSO, EWQLSC, Harmony Assistant and some others. mike@mike-lyons.co.uk

Sibelius First is so severely stripped down that it's almost worthless - even though it's free! Sibelius Artist is little better, the only version of Sibelius worth having is Ultimate.

I'd download and install Musescore 3 instead, it's way better than Sibelius First and not far away from Artist for what most people want. It has four voices available per staff.

But if you want to stay with Sibelius, try to find a reseller that will sell you a perpetual licence for Sibelius Ultimate, rather than going on the monthly subscription version.

I absolutely agree with everything that Andy says. It's a free version. You get what you get.
