how can I assign a second voice in a tuplet situation?

Hmm, there doesn't seem to be another way, other than inputting those notes again in another voice. Not that I can find anyway, and there's no handy plugin I can see that does it. Sibelius seems to 'lock' the voices down once they've been 'tupletised', which is rather annoying here.

Did a bit of Googling and it seems that Sibelius won't let you 'break' a tuplet in this way. So looks like you're stuck with either entering the notes again, or a long-winded copy/paste into different voices rigmarole.

Hi Mr. Palmer,

thank you for your informativ answer.
Perhaps we should report this fact to the SIBELIUS developer team to get it repaired in the future.

For now I thank you for your help.

Then I'd suggest that you go to the official Sibelius Chat Pages, rather than this unofficial site, and report the issue there.

Avid personnel do monitor and contribute to that group, but not here!
