Sibelius Version: the latest

I am trying to import PDFs using photoscore. I use open PDF, and I am successfully opening the PDF. But it won't let me click on the send to Sibelius file, or the save as XML button, or the save or save as buttons. So I'm missing some intermediary step or steps, but I can't figure out what they are.

Which actual exact version of PS and Sib are you using? I have seen this type of behaviour when a later version of Sib is being used with an earlier version of PS. Is this the Free/bundled version of PS or the stand-alone paid for version?

Hi, thanks for responding. This is the version that comes bundled with Sibelius. I have one of the later versions of Sibelius since I've been using it about a year.

Make sure your PS is updated to the latest version available. If you can afford it, it's worth getting the full version. It works better and is more stable than the bundled version.
