Score won't play back anymore...

Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

I don't know what I did wrong, but when I open a score that I've created, an announcement comes up that says, "This score uses the playback configuration 'General Midi (basic)". Do you want to switch to that configuration now?"

At this point I never know what to do. But when I make a decision, Yes or No, it seems to be the wrong one. It won't play back anymore.

Or maybe that announcement has nothing to do with why it won't play back. I'm so confused!!

Open the file, say no to the warning. Go into play-->playback devices-->audio engine options. Check if your normal playback device is listed. If not, this coukd be a device driver/sound card issue.
Make sure your drivers are up-to-date according to the manufacturer's website.
If this doesn't help, post the score here as a zip file.
