Add a note to an existing one

Hi,
I want to add a note to an already existing note. The existing note is not written just in the moment - it is there since a couple of days. In the Reference we can read, that in such a case the "old" note will be replaced with the "new" one. And so it is.
But is there any way to ADD the new one to the old one to get a chord?
Thank you,
Pete

Input the note and type the numeric interval on the computer keyboard numbers - not the keypad. That will add a note above the original. You can add as many as you like. So C 3 3 4 would give you, ascending, C E G C. If you hold Shift and enter the number for the interval it will add the note(s) below the original.

I suggest you do a little reading of the Reference Manual on this for any more details, search for 'interval', perhaps.
