How to unite these notes?

How's about describing the issue in WORDS?
What voices are the notes in? Have you done anything with the settings in the inspector? (Nudge the notes in one direction or another)
Have you tried using [ctrl][alt][left/right arrow]?
Have you searched the manual ( press F1 with Sibelius open)?

It is 2 voices. Didn't find anything useful in the inspector. "Nudge the notes in one direction or another" - it breaks default distances between notes. [ctrl][alt][left/right arrow] works with 1 voice, but there are 2 different.
Something like "join notes" is desired.

Select the first note in voice 2 and set its x offset in the inspector to -1.16. Job done!

No, if I move the first 16-th, other 16-ths don't move with it, and I have significantly lengthened beams between the first and second 16-ths.That is why I want an automatic solution.

Well, that did not happen with my example. If, however, you are having this issue, move the crotchets instead. Use a positive value - probably +1.16
What engraving rule option are you using?

"move the crotchets instead" - there are notes before this and it will increase the distance to them what is unwanted. I need automatic adjustment of other notes. I considered this solution before asking and wanted something different. Or just making it work better (reaction of other notes to changes).
"What engraving rule option are you using?" - all default.

Just a thought - have you already locked the format of these bars? That could be why the other notes are not adjusting to give a better looking result. Select just the bar with the notes you want to move and then press [ctrl][shift]n (reset note spacing). Then move the semiquaver. Do the other notes adjust?

Are your voice positioning rules the same as mine?

"have you already locked the format of these bars?" - no, I even don't know how to do that.
"Are your voice positioning rules the same as mine?" - yes, the same.

Did that. Just after moving - no. Should they adjust just after moving? But after 1 more [ctrl][shift]n - yes. I didn't know this useful command, thanks for it.

As I said, do it before moving the notes!

I did before, and no adjusting after moving if not to do again.
