inserting notes

I am currently transcribing music ( into Sibelius. After I finished about 50 bars, I realized that I missed a note (which amounts to half a bar) at measure 20. Is there a way that I can insert a note and shift all others after it a beat over?

if it is not possible to shift notes over, just tell me. if it is possible, please describe how!

i am amazed that NO ONE has an answer to this!

First ,select all your correct notes after your mistake and shift them(alt+click) ahead for the duration of the missing note(in your case half a bar). Insert your notes normaly deleting the repeated notes.
