I've been a Sibelius user for many years (originally Encore, then Finale for a while, finally Sibelius).
Certainly not intending to dump Sibelius, but a colleague has asked me if I could help with some editing of a bunch of Finale scores she has.
My question: is anyone running both products on one computer without conflict? I probably would only actually use one at a time, but don't want to have to install/uninstall or any such bs.
Thanks in advance!

There is no conflict providing you don't try to use the same Audio driver for output - especially if it's an ASIO one.
