I'm trying to double all the note values in a score using the Note Input -> Transformations -> Note Values -> Double plug-in. The operation fails and I get the following error message: "Unable to open score file </path/to/filename.sib> for writing". The plug-in then terminates abnormally.
I have made sure the directory is mode 777 (this is on a Mac running Ventura 13.1), so I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this. (The firewall is turned off and I have also enabled Full Disk Access for Sibelius.)

Whatever corrupts the preferences file in such a predictable way? This seems like a very obscure bug that must have been around for a while, and it's a shame that Avid hasn't either fixed it, or documented this workaround in the Sibelius Reference.
