Help, I lost my work. I was working all day and suddenly there was a fatal error. I thought I could easily find it back because of the automatical save option. But this didn't work; the program repaired work that I had already thrown away!
However, I saw a dmp file of which I think it is my work, but I cannot open it. Does anybody know how I can open a dmp file?

Thanks.

Look under Backup for your file (not autosave, which is erased after each session). The .dmp file is a text file which you can send to Sibelius if you have a bug to report or problem you need help with. It is supposed to specify the state Sibelius was in when it shut down, and can sometimes give Technical Support some clues as to what went wrong.
